Here on London Road, we have completely refurbished two flats. This involved stripping out the damp and plaster and redesigning all the internals.
All walls were stripped back to brickwork so we could start fresh and re-design the layout.
We installed two new kitchens and two new bathrooms, whilst also designing new bespoke double glazed sash windows to match the time-period of these flats. New electrics and a new central heating system have been installed to modernise these previously dated flats.
Both flats have been redecorated and carpeted, and both bathrooms have been tiled. These are both now complete and are fully ready to be let.
