Here at this property in Brancaster, we constructed a two-storey and single-storey extension.
We completely refurbished the property, including relocating the kitchen and dining room to create a fantastic open-plan living space. This really maximises floor space, and the finished result has the wow factor! The new windows and doors allow for more light and form a great connection with the outdoor space.
We also created a new master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom and bespoke wardrobes to maximise storage. We created a new utility area, complete with toilet and functional cupboards. We created bespoke bunk beds for the children’s room and transformed the lounge into a fantastic family area.
