Rear Extension and Refurbishment
Here at this property in Brancaster, Norfolk we demolished the rear single-storey elevation and lowered the ground level to match the property. We also extended the footprint in readiness to build the new two-storey extension.
The design and layout has been altered to add more living space and open up this little coastal cottage.
We replaced the entire ground floor ceiling due to it being rotten. The cottage was completely refurbished – this included, installing a new bathroom and downstairs toilet, a new kitchen, inclusive of kitchen design and layout and adding a new patio terrace, including new bi-folding doors.
The newly refurbished cottage has been completely transformed, creating more living space for the owners and giving it a new life. We think it looks amazing – a perfect retreat in a beautiful location.
